Dan Reed

CEO
  • Accomplished executive and best-in-class operator with an exceptional track record in the residential roofing industry, with expertise in both acquisitions and organic growth
    • As the former CEO of ANGI Roofing (also known as Total Home Roofing), he successfully grew the company to one of the largest residential roofing contractors in the country
    • Led Total Home Roofing through the sale process to join ANGI in 2021 and has past experience running, growing and ultimately selling a pharmaceutical company, highlighting his ability to create value for owners
  • Holds a JD from the University of Dayton and a BA from Ohio State University
    • Understands how to navigate legal and financial challenges that often arise in the roofing industry

Jeremy Christopher

Vice President of Business Development
  • Seasoned sales professional with an extensive background partnering with roofing contractors in the Southern U.S. market while also managing several national accounts on the distribution & contracting side
  • As a former Regional Sales Leader for Owens Corning, Jeremy was responsible for overseeing the growth and development of one of their largest markets (the Florida Region)
    • Previously oversaw Mississippi and West Tennessee as an Area Sales Manager
    • National Account Manager for several distributors and contractors in his previous position at Owens Corning
  • Oversaw multiple acquisitions and greenfield expansions while serving on the M&A National Steering committee with previous organization
  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where he double-majored in Managerial Finance and Real Estate, while also minoring in Investments
    • Understands the importance of relationship building in creating value with acquisition partners
