CEO

High-impact leader and operator within the home services industry, with an exceptional track record of growth

- As the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at ARS, Mike helped lead the company to becoming one of the largest HVAC and plumbing consolidators in the United States by effectively managing sustainable growth
- Most recently, Mike served as the Chief Service Officer at GroundWorks, the fastest growing foundation repair company in the United States

Holds an MBA from Duke University, and a BA from California State University

Dan Reed

Founder & President

Accomplished executive and best-in-class operator with an exceptional track record in the residential roofing industry, with expertise in both acquisitions and organic growth
- As the former CEO of ANGI Roofing (also known as Total Home Roofing), he successfully grew the company to one of the largest residential roofing contractors in the country
- Led Total Home Roofing through the sale process to join ANGI in 2021 and has past experience running, growing and ultimately selling a pharmaceutical company, highlighting his ability to create value for owners
- Holds a JD from the University of Dayton and a BA from Ohio State University

Katie Argus

Vice President of Finance

Experienced finance executive with extensive knowledge in M&A, treasury financial reporting, and accounting, most recently serving as the VP of Finance for a business consulting firm.
Has a demonstrated track record of leading both organic and inorganic growth, and has overseen the completion of multiple acquisitions as well as a minority equity sale
Over the course of her career has completed various technology implementations including new FP&A tools, applicant tracking and recruiting system, and transformation of general ledger systems
Skillful leader, passionate about people and culture, with experience managing a team of 20 reports across various departments and geographies
